He answered all of my questions and took time to explain things to me. As I tried to decide whether the oven should replaced instead of being fixed, he looked up parts availability and talked through the decision with me.

The woman in the office had already explained what would happen and prices very clearly. Jerrell arrived on time, was very frindly and asked a lot of questions and then got to work. In about 30-40 minutes he had a diagnosis and a written quote for repair both best and worst case scenarios. We talked frankly about appliance life spans and he gave me good information to make my decision. No hard sell, we have 30 days to move forward or not. Very honest, respectful, and skillful. I would call them again in a heartbeat.
